With increasing component demands and the need to maximize operational efficiency, fluid analysis has become an integral part of an organization’s Best Practices. By regularly monitoring lubricant condition, unnecessary disposal is avoided and downtime associated with catastrophic failures is dramatically reduced. The small investment required for fluid analysis nets a cost savings that can pay for itself many times over in a very short period of time. Our access to Castrol and Mobil’s extensive laboratory facilities, as well as our in-house capabilities, gives Hasco’s customers the tools to implement a thorough analysis program.
Mobil’s Signum Program represents the next generation of oil analysis. By allowing you to customize every aspect of oil analysis, Signum allows you to maximize program effectiveness and avoid costly production interruptions. By eliminating up-front software and sample kit costs, Signum produces an immediate return on your efforts.
